Princeton Residents Directory is a privately operated reference that describes and links to public record indexes, official access routes, and historical-directory collections relevant to Princeton, New Jersey. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision about credit, employment, housing, or insurance

11. New Jersey Law
New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Government-record access is subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and qualifying private-controller privacy rights are addressed by the New Jersey Data Privacy Law, P.L. 2023, c.266, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 to -166.19, effective January 15, 2025. These statutes do not make this private site a government custodian or a consumer reporting agency.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
